Services and Objectives

1.1 Test IQ Online provides an online IQ testing platform for recreational purposes only. The IQ test is not intended to be used as a medical or diagnostic tool. The results obtained from the test should not be considered professional advice or an accurate representation of an individual’s intelligence or cognitive abilities

1.2 The company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the services, including the availability of features, without notice

Services and objectives

2.1 To access and use the Services, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account

2.2 You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Pricing and Payments

3.1 The IQ test is offered on a trial basis for a period of 48 hours at a price of 0.50 € ("trial period"). During the trial period, you will have access to all features of the IQ tests

3.2 If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically continue and a subscription fee of 47.90 € ("subscription fee") will be charged to you for each subsequent billing period

3.3 Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law

3.4 The Company reserves the right to change prices and subscription fees at any time. You will be notified of any pricing changes in advance and will have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not accept the new pricing

Test IQ Online may use third-party cookies from trusted partners to provide certain features or improve our advertising efforts. These third-party cookies are subject to their own privacy policies

Intellectual Property

4.1 All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the services, including but not limited to IQ test questions, designs, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services without the Company’s prior written consent

Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages related to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from or in connection with your use of the Services

5.2 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of IQ test results or any other content provided through the Services. You understand and acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk

Termination

6.1 The Company may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms.

6.2 Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately, and you will no longer be charged any subscription fees.

Governing Law

7.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
